Inspired by my long career in creative direction, set and interior design, I am fascinated by the body as well as objects in the space. How a space can feel, how you can feel in a space. 
We as women especially can also perceive ourselves different in different spaces, with different people or creatures for that matter. It's about self awareness, ideals and how others perceive you, the performative element of being human.
So my work often depicts connection and disconnection to the body and space by featuring outsiders, ghosts, monsters and anthropomorphized animals and objects in various spaces.

"Sunken gallery" is about as the title suggests about a gallery that has fallen and been taken over by the sea. 
Artworks float around and takes on a new life on the seabed under the power of nature.
Driven by generative materials and methods, this piece represents displacement and belonging, what happens when things get taken out of their context and placed elsewhere.
