Flowers

Infrared photography dates back to the early 20th century when scientists discovered the potential of capturing light beyond the visible spectrum. The British astronomer Sir William Herschel first identified infrared light in 1800, but it wasn’t until the 1910s that infrared-sensitive films were developed. Initially, these films were used for military purposes, especially during World War I, to see through atmospheric haze and camouflage, enhancing reconnaissance efforts.
